The Greek Folk Festival is a four-day indoor and outdoor event, scheduled for June 5, 6, 7, & 8, 2008. The festival will run from 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 11:00 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 11:00 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, and 12:00 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday, June 8.

Many of our vendors have worked with the Greek Folk Festival for many years. However, the Greek Folk Festival is always open to new and exciting possibilities.

Yearly attendance figures generally vary from approximately 5,000 to 10,000 visitors depending on weather conditions. The Greek Folk Festival is held rain or shine. Conservative estimates of last year's festival attendance placed the attendance figure at about 15,000 visitors.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND that the mere acceptance by the Greek Folk Festival of this form via e-mail, the U.S. Postal Service or other transmittal means, including facsimile, Fed-Ex,, etc. does not constitute the Greek Folk Festival's agreement to engage your service(s) as a vendor. The Greek Folk Festival reserves the right to decline your vendor application. The Greek Folk Festival's acceptance of your offer occurs only when you receive from either of the Festival Co-Chairpersons a written acceptance letter. Accordingly, potential vendors SHOULD NOT rely upon and/or undertake or neglect action(s) pursuant to oral statements , promises, and/or inducements for vendor service(s) from the Festival Co-Chairpersons or any other authorized or unauthorized representative(s) or agent(s) of the Greek Folk Festival or the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church.
